Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights

Oversee order management and fulfillment processes in collaboration with customer service teams

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure availability

Track delivery processes and work closely with warehouse and transportation teams

Resolve operational issues promptly and implement process improvements

Manage technical requests from clients or internal teams
