Human Resources Manager
Potomac is a ~$3B+ AUM/AUA asset manager that serves independent broker-dealers and RIAs. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead full-cycle talent acquisition and HR operations, focusing on recruiting in financial services and optimizing HR workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Utilize Rippling ATS to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job postings
Build employer branding initiatives and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Actively source candidates who align with Potomac’s mission and values
Administer HR processes in Rippling, including onboarding, employee data management, and compliance workflows
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy implementation
Assist with performance management cycles and employee engagement programs
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
Promote Potomac’s culture of transparency and execution through HR initiatives
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting in financial services
Proficiency in Rippling HRIS and Rippling ATS
Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies
