Educating clients, prospects and team members on our product capabilities
Discussing and delivering solutions and services to our clients
Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and other supporting activities related to implementation pursuits
Developing functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations
Working in a team environment and challenging the status quo both internally and in the clients to deliver best of breed services that improve our business and theirs
Perform product testing and provide feedback to development team
Assist with product documentation as well as maintaining and adding to our knowledgebase
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience of successful consulting and implementation preferably with Business Central
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento, or Shopify
Providing functional and domain expertise related to the installation, setup, gap/fit analysis, customization analysis and testing, user training, and go-live support around key business processes enabled through our software
Educating clients, prospects and team members on our product capabilities
Discussing and delivering solutions and services to our clients
Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and other supporting activities related to implementation pursuits
Developing functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations
Working in a team environment and challenging the status quo both internally and in the clients to deliver best of breed services that improve our business and theirs
Perform product testing and provide feedback to development team
Assist with product documentation as well as maintaining and adding to our knowledgebase
Aligning well with the very defined, active, and dynamic organizational culture
