Director of Business Development - At Home Services (Home Health and Hospice)

ML Healthcare At Home Services, also known as Transition Home Healthcare and Pathways Hospice, is focused on providing high-quality healthcare and customer service. They are seeking a Director of Business Development to develop and execute strategic business development campaigns while maintaining relationships with referral and payer sources in the home health and hospice sector.

Responsibilities

Must have Houston and All Surrounding Areas Medical contacts and relationships developed for future growth in the industry
Develop and execute strategic business development campaigns
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly referral forecasts
Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner
Collect and analyze business metrics
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
Stay up-to-date with working knowledge of government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors’ market positioning

Required

Strong communication, organization, time management skills
Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
At least five (3) years of home health business development required
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred
