ServiceNow Discovery Lead
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Lead responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the discovery of IT assets. The role involves configuring Discovery tools, managing MID servers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities
Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery tools to effectively identify and classify IT assets
Ensure the CMDB is accurate, complete, and up-to-date by validating discovered data
Manage the performance and capacity of the MID servers
Diagnose and resolve discovery failures and other issues
Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure data accuracy and improve processes
Gather and document business needs for CMDB enhancements
Create and maintain technical documentation for discovery processes and configurations
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Extensive experience in configuring and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery probes, patterns, credentials, and schedules
7 years of experience in ServiceNow
Experience in ServiceNow Discovery probes, patterns, credentials, and schedules
Familiarity with ServiceNow CMD
Strong understanding of IT asset classification and CMDB health maintenance
Proficiency in managing MID server performance and capacity
Ability to diagnose and resolve discovery failures and other issues
Excellent collaboration skills to work with various IT teams
Experience in gathering requirements and documenting business needs for CMDB enhancements
Preferred
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for discovery processes
Proven track record in improving processes and aligning discovery with business needs
