They are seeking an Oracle ERP Functional Lead Consultant who will drive ERP Cloud and on-premise solutions by interfacing with key customer stakeholders and providing solutions based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications.

Responsibilities

Driving ERP Cloud and on-premise solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders

Providing a solution for the user stories based on Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS financial applications

Driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions

Delivering high quality deliverables for a module and leading a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation

Participating in transition and warranty support

Analyzing user stories and developing an end-to-end solution design and functional design

Driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products

Delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time

Conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions

Documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc

Required

Location for this position is Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience

4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle's ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc

Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules

Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design

Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation

Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore

Expertise in driving requirement-gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase ERP Finance products

Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time

Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax

Proficient in building OTBI and BIP reports
