Qualification
Required
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs
Answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products
Recommend the right solutions to customers
Promptly resolve any customer concerns
Ensure maximum client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product features
Maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store
Achieve excellent customer service
Consistently meet the store's sales goals
Work within a 15 mile radius of Store #8655 located at 1440 N Lombard Portland, OR 97217
Contact with customers, which may include minors
Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
Undergo a review of criminal history
