Responsibilities
Owning the global content strategy and overseeing the content lifecycle to align with business objectives and audience needs
Building, owning and using advanced AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, expand creative capacity, scale content production and track performance
Using SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to ensure content is discoverable and reaches its full distribution potential
Managing a network of contractors, ensuring content is on-brand, high-quality and delivered on time
Managing a centralized content model, including templates, guidelines, and workflows to ensure consistency
Contributing content ideation and collaboration with teams to create engaging, high-impact content that supports business goals
Managing the content calendar, delegating deliverables, and ensuring timely, high-quality production
Conducting internal and external research to shape content strategy and create detailed outlines, enabling the production team to deliver high-quality content
Analyzing content performance, refining strategies, and reporting data-driven insights to ensure alignment with KPIs and marketing objectives
Overseeing content development for various formats, including blog posts, videos, guides, case studies, research reports and tools
Supporting the customer, demand generation and product marketing teams by collaborating on content output that drive leads and engage across the sales funnel and customer lifecycle
Providing editorial feedback on content drafts to ensure quality and alignment
Coordinating cross-functional teams in scaling and repurposing content into multiple formats, including videos, infographics, and interactive content
Staying updated on emerging content trends, AI tools, and industry shifts to incorporate new insights into the content strategy
Establishing best practices for content creation, distribution, and measurement to drive efficiency and innovation
Providing guidance on content for events and webinars, ensuring consistency with overall brand messaging
Monitoring competitor content and strategies, providing insights to adjust approaches and maintain a competitive edge
Partnering with the design team to ensure visual elements complement and enhance the content experience

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, communications, or a related role, ideally within the SaaS or fintech sector
Proven experience in content production, editorial management, or similar marketing roles
Expertise in building and leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, generative design/video platforms) for content creation, optimization and scaling
Strong understanding of search strategies across SEO, AEO and GEO – with hands-on experience in content discoverability and distribution
Ability to manage contractors and freelancers, with clear expectations, feedback and quality control
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align content with business objectives and audience needs
Expertise in content lifecycle management, from ideation through execution and optimization
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and digital marketing platforms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and platforms
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across teams and geographies
