Responsibilities
Create evidence for reporting. Record journal entries and reconciliations. Prepare backup for standard and reoccurring transactions
Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. Perform basic analysis for general ledger accounts
Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing, and reporting of consolidated financial results. Create process and procedures documents
Review expense reports with support in compliance with policies. Provide and implement ideas for enhancements to processes and technologies
Qualification
Required
Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management
Part of rotational program in Accounting or Finance providing an introduction to various parts of the financial functions including treasury processing, general ledger transactions, audits documentation, basic budget and finance transactions, tax accounting, and accounts payable transactions
Create evidence for reporting
Record journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare backup for standard and reoccurring transactions
Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
Perform basic analysis for general ledger accounts
Create and utilize automated tools for the updating, analyzing, and reporting of consolidated financial results
Create process and procedures documents
Review expense reports with support in compliance with policies
Provide and implement ideas for enhancements to processes and technologies
All offers are contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, which includes screening for marijuana
The employee is required to sit for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc
