Responsibilities
As first line of contact with customer, answer all engine inquiries via phone and email
Generate quotes and send to customer via email
Place customer orders
Assist Business Development Managers with invoices, tracking and general order information
Work with internal teams to help the company initiatives win new business
Provides customer service relative to quotes, orders, invoices, and product shipments
Qualification
Required
High School degree; prefer Associates degree
Prior customer experience a plus
Experience working with Sales Force or similar type of computer system
Organized, flexible with the ability to learn different tasks quickly
Experience or ability to learn engine business
Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, and trustworthiness
Effective presence on phone or email with customers
