They are seeking a Client Success Coach to guide and support clients through their journey, ensuring deep engagement with programs and helping them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and provide structured guidance through our educational and software ecosystem
Facilitate regular coaching sessions to ensure clients are progressing, staying accountable, and implementing key strategies
Break down complex brokerage and trading concepts into actionable steps that drive client confidence and execution
Identify client roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams as needed
Maintain detailed records of client milestones, ensuring a high level of personalized support
Foster a positive, motivating environment that empowers clients to achieve their goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in coaching, consulting, or client success roles, ideally in high-ticket or results-driven programs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Available full-time (40-50 hours/week), with commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
Preferred
Exposure to commodities, oil trading, or B2B sales environments
Familiarity with online education platforms and community-based coaching
Financial or trading literacy is a plus
