Responsibilities

Own and execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across a dynamic GTM portfolio, driving speed, quality, and consistency in delivery
Strategically source top-tier GTM talent using advanced techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build and maintain robust pipelines across multiple concurrent roles
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and GTM leaders, aligning recruitment execution with evolving business priorities and headcount plans
Oversee the end-to-end candidate journey at scale, ensuring an exceptional experience through timely feedback, clear communication, and a strong brand impression
Monitor and manage the performance of the entire recruitment portfolio, tracking delivery metrics, filling roles against aggressive timelines, and ensuring alignment with quarterly hiring goals
Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics while ensuring compliance and data integrity within the ATS
Lead GTM-focused employer branding initiatives across channels to attract high-impact talent, collaborating with internal ambassadors and external communities to amplify reach

Required

Must have prior experience working in-house at SaaS product companies. We are specifically seeking professionals who have operated within internal teams and understand the dynamics of scaling from within an organization
At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth, early-stage tech or startup environments
Proven success in hiring across GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other commercial or business roles, at pace and scale
Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, align on team goals, and tailor recruitment strategies that support evolving business needs
Fluent in modern sourcing methods and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, job boards, and ATS or CRM tools
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, highly adaptable, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent searches with urgency and precision
Takes full ownership of the recruiting process end-to-end, proactive, hands-on, and relentlessly solution-oriented
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
