They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Chief Operations Officer and other executives, managing tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key support system for the Chief Operations Officer, President - Pattern Creators & Social Commerce, and President of Pattern PXM, along with their respective teams
Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments to optimize executive time
Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements and host visitors
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
Plan and execute company events, from conception to completion
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
A detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
High ethical standards and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
