Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement
Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking
Risk/issue management, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting using Jira/Confluence dashboards
Aligning IT and business streams, supporting UAT coordination, and managing stakeholder communication

Required

Agile Leadership: Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement
Delivery Management: Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking
Retail CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, and POS integration
Governance & Reporting: Risk/issue management, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting using Jira/Confluence dashboards
Change Enablement: Aligning IT and business streams, supporting UAT coordination, and managing stakeholder communication
Proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs (Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Dynamics)
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; pragmatic and operational mindset
Comfortable working in distributed, multi-time-zone environments with retail stakeholders
Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), SAFe Agilist or SPC, Agile Project Management
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; experience with Agile metrics (burndown, CFD, throughput)
Education: Engineering or IT background; MBA or equivalent is a plus
Languages: English fluent; French desirable for global coordination
