Responsibilities

Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone by delivering technical solutions and integrations
Develop custom UI cards and dashboards using SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Application Studio
Configure and extend Work Zone functionality using BTP services such as Integration Suite, Workflow Management, Task Center, Build Process Automation, and Mobile Services
Build and manage OData and REST API integrations between Work Zone and SAP/non-SAP systems
Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend fixes, and implement enhancements
Collaborate with functional consultants and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Stay current with SAP Work Zone and BTP innovations to apply new capabilities in client projects

Required

3–5+ years of hands-on SAP BTP development experience, including SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Application Studio, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Task Center, SAP Mobile Services
Prior involvement in Work Zone implementations or extensions (supporting role acceptable; lead experience not required)
Strong technical skills in UI card development (SAP Build, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, modern frameworks)
SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 customization
OData and REST API development
Exposure to Intelligent Services, event-driven architecture, or micro-app development
SAP Work Zone certification
Additional SAP BTP or SuccessFactors certifications

Preferred

Exposure to Intelligent Services, event-driven architecture, or micro-app development
SuccessFactors module experience (Employee Central, Learning, etc.) is helpful but not required
