Responsibilities

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineers, designers, and tech leads

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles

Actively search across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord communities, local networks)

Network in person throughout Mexico — partnering with local organizations, universities, and tech education programs to create a consistent flow of top candidates

Screen candidates for both technical alignment and communication skills

Serve as Bitovi’s local guide to the Mexico talent market, advising on trends, compensation expectations, and candidate behaviors

Partner closely with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines

Track weekly progress and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals
