Responsibilities

Guide and lead the day to day full life-cycle recruiting efforts, including hiring events and/or leadership recruiting where applicable, for Operations recruiting
Inspire, motivate, and lead a recruiting team to ensure individual and team KPIs/metrics and hiring targets are being met
Train, guide, and support team members in developing recruiting strategies and initiatives for their areas of focus
Review and analyze data to identify trends; recommend solutions to improve recruiting effectiveness, identify efficiencies, and increase quality of hire
Monitor and maintain weekly and monthly reports to track staffing, hire rate, candidate pipeline, and other metrics necessary to identify recruitment gaps and overall effectiveness
Onboard and train new team members, and support with local in-market training when needed
Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs
Develop team to leverage a diverse "toolbox" of creative and traditional sourcing techniques, efficiently screening candidate resumes against required skill sets
Support Operations leadership job requisitions from source to hire
Ensure a candidate-centric approach, aligned with both the needs of the candidate and our employer brand
Partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership to help translate talent needs into quality candidates and new hires
Constantly think of new ways to improve all things recruiting, including the candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, quality of hire, hiring manager experience, and more

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience in leadership recruiting
3+ years experience leading a team/others
Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs)
Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills
Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred

Experience specifically in high-volume recruiting (2+ years preferred)
Recruiting experience in the automotive industry
Experience coordinating and leading effective hiring events
Experience leading newer people leaders (Team Lead level)
