Responsibilities
Performs radiographic procedures as requested by physicians
Provides care for patients while obtaining diagnostic quality images for interpretation by a Radiologist
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from accredited Radiologic Technology Program required
ARRT and New Mexico State licenses required
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued through American Heart Association required, or must obtain within two weeks from date of hire or transfer
Thorough knowledge of radiographic imaging equipment, anatomy and physiology, radiographic positioning, medical terminology and basic computer skills
Minimum one year experience required which can be substituted with clinical education experience
