The Superintendent will manage daily operations, ensure safety, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
Partner effectively and build relationships with all vendors, subcontractors and inspectors
Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
Manage procurement and inventory and site logistics collaboratively
Continually update and produce an up to date schedule in collaboration with the operations team ensuring all parties are aligned and on track
Qualification
Required
MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVELING 75% OR MORE
MUST HAVE HIGH TECH/DATA CENTER EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree, Bachelors degree in construction management or equivalent experience in the construction trades/ School of hard knocks
Experience with Ground up/Green field construction required
Preferred
High tech, mission critical, or data center project experience preferred
Healthcare, Education, Commercial experience nice to have
Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, MS Projects and ProCore
