Clinical and Business Development Educator

Responsibilities
Motivate others through education
Provide the highest level of education for development and growth of the JMSR sales team and valued resellers
Create content, tools and materials in alignment with our corporate message
Support the growth and development of Account Development Managers (ADMs)
Host and participate in reseller events to end consumers
Work on camera in creating live and recorded webinars, and videos
Cover the sales responsibilities for National Accounts in transition territories during ADM turnover
Demonstrate JMSR protocols from home in virtual education
Qualification
Required
An RN or aesthetician with a sales and/or sales management background who can motivate others through education
Committed to excellence in providing the highest level of education for development and growth of the JMSR sales team and valued resellers
Passionate and inspiring – a belief builder
Professional, polished, articulate and succinct in communicating a message – a credible resource
A dynamic and engaging speaker
Excellent communication skills to work with resellers and end users across the country
Understands basics of learning and development to utilize education in driving new behavioral outcomes for business growth
Able to set and achieve educational objectives for success
Can read an audience virtually and in-person, think on their feet and motivate people in different roles within an aesthetic business to take action
Active listening with intent to connect with others, identify needs and develop solutions
Strategic and skilled at creating content, tools and materials in alignment with our corporate message based on the need
Has strong business experience to work with Account Development Managers (ADM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in developing reseller accounts through business partnership strategies
Cover the sales responsibilities for National Accounts in transition territories during ADM turnover
Able to support the growth and development of ADMs; especially new hires
Host and participate in reseller events to end consumers in a variety of platforms including Zoom and social media for business growth
Comfortable and able to work on camera in creating live and recorded webinars, and videos to educate our resellers, their customers, the JMSR sales team and international distributors
This is a hybrid role of both virtual and in-field education
Able to travel a minimum of 25% up to 50% of the time
A minimum of 2 years of experience performing skincare treatments in a clinical environment
Ability to perform and demonstrate chemical peels and facial protocols
Previous experience as an educator in the skincare industry – will need to demonstrate experience by preparing and conducting a presentation during the interview process
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products; especially Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Teams
Must also be able to use Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Zoom Webinar and GoToWebinar
Responsible to have a home office setup. A laptop computer and phone are provided by JMSR. Any additional office equipment is the responsibility of the Educator. Office supplies will be reimbursed
Must be able to demonstrate JMSR protocols from home in virtual education using a massage table or aesthetic bed. All JMSR product and disposable supplies will be provided
