Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare recruiters

Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance and KPI expectations

Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, closing, and candidate management

Conduct performance reviews, one-on-ones, and development planning

Build a culture of accountability, urgency, quality, and support

Optimize recruiter workflows, ATS utilization, and compliance handoffs

Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission ratios, fill rates, extension rates, and candidate satisfaction

Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Collaborate with Operations & Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding

Help hire and onboard new recruiters as Lucid continues to grow

Build standardized training, onboarding, and recruiter playbooks

Support leadership in long-term headcount planning and team structure
