Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, GL)
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements
Oversee audits and maintain internal financial controls
Partner with operations to improve cost accounting and inventory management
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Drive accounting process improvements using NetSuite ERP
Provide strategic insights and support executive decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required
Strong technical accounting and GAAP knowledge
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred
CPA/CMA preferred
Background in manufacturing, logistics, or container industry preferred
