Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the Food Processing location
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the Food Processing Plant premises
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines
Conduct regular and random patrols around the Food Processing Plant and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential issues
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal protocols
Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behavior
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using a computer or tablet
Access Control and Badge experience
Customer service experience
