Responsibilities
Thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking and physical agility, embracing the challenge of physically tasking work with enthusiasm and resilience
Quickly navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re-routes, and other logistical challenges with ease and efficiency
Assess operational needs swiftly and work cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety, and driving success
Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials as needed
Execute with a focus on customer service, providing high levels of support and assistance to our crowd-sourced driver partners and internal teams
Works well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, physically tasking
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively lead a shift
Stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring physical readiness for the demands of the role
Qualification
Required
Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps on a smartphone daily
Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners
Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs
Preferred
At least 1 year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred
Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred
