Supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals

Collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled
Assisting with the coordination of services
Planning and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities
Qualification
Required
Valid NYS driver's license
Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience that satisfies the above preferred job qualifications is acceptable
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
Related experience in residential programs and supervisory experience
