Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing essential ERP systems support using Business Central and Power BI, offering insights and data analysis to drive operational efficiency within the company.

Responsibilities

Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and industry data using data analytics tools
Liaising between various business departments and groups
Maintaining, evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems processes
Develop and maintain a process for end users and decision makers to request reports out of Business Central using Power BI and other data extraction tools
Must review and analyze data prior to request being fulfilled, including relevant analytics and observations regarding the data and how it may be used for the requested purpose
Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business and/or data analytics
Advanced proficiency in Python, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, AI and Business Central
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for quality and accuracy before being released
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with staff at all levels of the organization
