Responsibilities
Answer phones professionally, look up client information, schedule appointments, take messages, and answer client’s questions
Greet all clients with a smile and welcoming tone
Prioritize between routine cases and emergency cases and schedule accordingly
Generate invoicing, explain invoices to clients, and process payments
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and patients
Know and use medical abbreviations to make appropriate notes in patient records and appointment notes
Maintain medical records. Establish or understand medical record filing systems
Count and record cash flow. Prepare bank deposits
Qualification
Required
