Responsibilities
Oversee Supply Chain and Operations business processes for capital equipment manufacturing across all global sites
Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and customer requirements
Develop and maintain processes for identifying and mitigating risks related to obsolete parts and materials
Collaborate with engineering and supply chain managers to source replacements and manage lifecycle transitions
Analyze current workflows and implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Establish KPIs and metrics for continuous improvement across supply chain operations
Define and enforce supply chain policies covering sourcing, quality, and supplier performance
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
Design and deliver training programs for supply chain staff on best practices, tools, and compliance requirements
Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Lead supplier qualification and onboarding processes, including risk assessment and change management
Build strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership within capital equipment or complex manufacturing
Expertise in obsolescence management
Supplier development
Process optimization
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of supplier collaboration platforms (e.g., Ariba)
