Responsibilities

Manage, train, and support a team of field service technicians

Schedule and coordinate field activities, installations, and maintenance services

Monitor technician performance, conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with company policies

Evaluate and organize workloads to be performed by their team

Act as the main point of contact for key clients within your assigned territory

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and issue resolution

Build and maintain strong relationships with casino operations and technical staff

Perform site visits to ensure consistent service delivery and onsite policies are adhered to

Oversee and participate in the installation, setup, configuration, and testing of slot machines and related gaming systems

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate as needed

Ensure that all field operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards and gaming regulations

Participate in operational meetings to improve delivery standards

Track and prioritize service calls, installations, and repairs using service management software

Ensure accurate documentation of machine placements, service issues, and regulatory compliance forms

Analyze service data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Complete all reports and paperwork in a timely manner

Ensure all activities meet local gaming laws and regulatory requirements

Enforce company safety protocols and procedures for all field operations
