Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and assist guests with navigating the showroom

Answer guest questions and help them register for products as needed

Participate in ongoing training and education

Operate the point-of-sale system and process guest transactions

Assist in showroom operations including inventory receiving, visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, etc

Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Collaborate to identify opportunities for improvement to the showroom and guest experience

Additional duties as needed and assigned

Qualification

Customer experienceRetail experienceCommunication skillsTeamworkProblem solving

Required

6 months+ experience in a retail or guest service role

Passion to deliver excellent customer experience

Ability to work as a team

Strong communication skills

Ability to problem solve

Open availability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends

Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 30lbs
