Required
5+ years of experience practicing litigation either in-house or in a full-service law firm
Skilled at in-depth research and ability to understand and interpret complex issues with minimal supervision
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Preference for candidates with experience writing briefs and running depositions
