Responsibilities
To initiate and coordinate the development of ancillary services to Commonwealth Real Estate Services customers which includes community residents and community owners
The programs developed will also be marketable to non-CRES customers throughout the market regions
This person will be directly responsible for financial performance of CHS and will supervise all CHS activities and/or employees
Services to be offered include, but are not limited to: Project Management, Homes resales for residents, Home resales for community owners, Home resales for CHS owned homes, Home placement for community owners, New home ordering for customers, Insurance products
Future services to help develop: Landscaping services, Mortgage services, Home contracting services
Employee is to perform other responsibilities as directed by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Prior construction and project management experience needed
Directly responsible for overall management of CHS Washington
Preferred
Spanish speaking a plus
Washington Real Estate Licenses
