Outside Technical Sales Manager-Engineered Filtration

They are seeking a driven Outside Technical Sales Manager to find, close, and grow business for their engineered filtration solutions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to account development.

Responsibilities

Aggressively develop new business in target markets through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account penetration
Manage assigned key accounts while continuously expanding wallet share and uncovering new opportunities
Lead all phases of the sales process: engagement, presentations, quoting, bidding, and closing
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management (NetSuite preferred)
Develop project-based sales opportunities and drive aftermarket growth across the full product line
Collaborate with engineering to create tailored, technically sound solutions that meet client specifications
Represent Eden at trade shows and industry events to increase visibility and generate qualified leads
Deliver real-time customer and market insights to support marketing campaigns and product innovation

Required

5–10 years of B2B sales success selling engineered or manufactured industrial products —preferably in capital equipment, process systems, industrial consumables/repeat sales, and/or filtration
Proven track record of hunting and winning new accounts in technical or industrial markets
Strong technical aptitude—comfortable discussing engineered systems, process design, and performance specs
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter mentality with relentless drive, discipline, and follow-through
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Ability to Commute: Austin, TX 78744 (Required)
Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)

Preferred

Experience in one or more sectors strongly preferred: Utility-Scale Water Filtration or Chemical Process Equipment, Water Recycling, Pulp & Paper, Food Processing, Brine Treatment, Water Storage, Dust Control, HVAC, or Gas Turbine Air Systems
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business preferred
