Responsibilities

Empower Franchise Owners: Provide comprehensive operational support, from tackling daily challenges to crafting strategic growth plans
Bridge the Gap: Communicate regularly with the franchisor, keeping them informed on franchisee progress and offering valuable insights into the franchise system's effectiveness
Data-Driven Coaching: Analyze franchisee performance data to identify areas for improvement and coach them towards achieving optimal results
Motivate & Celebrate Success: Be a trusted advisor and coach, offering constructive feedback, setting achievable goals, and celebrating franchisee wins
Safeguard Brand Integrity: Ensure franchise owners adhere to established franchise compliance guidelines to uphold brand standards

Qualification

Required

3 to 5 years of related experience in franchise/business consulting/small business owner, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Understanding of the business's Profit & Loss and how to drive profitability
Knowledge of a variety of field operation concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience building relationships
Self-driven or self-motivated, and able to work alone or autonomously
Ability to think critically and make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs
Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-up
Collaborative mindset when working with internal and external customers
A bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience is required

Preferred

Hybrid working model preferred; Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home
