Responsibilities
Provides direct and indirect patient care services, including the administration of medications and therapeutic agents necessary to implement treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care
Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the hospital system
Displays knowledge and is able to identify and make special adjustments to the specific populations needs, including cultural, spiritual, age, psychosocial, communication, gender, sexual orientation, economic, education, family and condition needs
Respond quickly, and with accuracy to changes in condition or response to treatment
Qualification
Required
Aspire to become an RN II Intern in the Emergency Department
Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care services
Knowledge to determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs
Ability to identify and make special adjustments to specific population needs
Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
Preferred

Tuition Assistance Plans: We offer the following on the first day of employment!
Tuition Reimbursement: Repays up to $600 per calendar year for fees expended to attend a job-related seminar, licensure renewal (if mandated by job description), workshop, conference, individual course, or other training programs.
Tuition Loan: Provides up to $2,000 per calendar year for approved formal certificate or degree programs including prerequisites for approved degree programs. A tuition loan and reimbursement may, with appropriate approvals, be combined for a maximum of $2,600.
