1+ years expLINX LLC is hiring Wireless Technicians to support in-building wireless system installations for DAS, public safety, and cellular infrastructure projects across the U.S. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently complete and interpret testing while ensuring accountability and professionalism in their work.

Responsibilities
Install cable pathway and rough-in cable runs
Perform rooftop work: erect masts/sleds, mount donor antennas, run/dress/support cables, complete grounding & weatherproofing
Terminate ½” coax (Commscope, JMA, RFS – N and 4.3-10 connectors)
Install rack- and wall-mounted equipment (Comba, Cel-Fi, SOLiD)
Maintain organized staging and clean work areas regularly
Keep track of tools, materials, and project equipment
Communicate clearly with teammates and external contacts
Arrive on time with appropriate PPE, tools, and readiness to work
Conduct and interpret coax cable segment sweep testing (Distance to Fault & Return Loss)
Read and follow design drawings/specs for equipment installation
Use tools such as Bluebeam and Office 365 to document and track work
Support project goals by meeting milestone timelines
Conduct cable segment sweep testing and interpret results (Distance to Fault & Return Loss)
Conduct system and branch PIM testing and interpret results
Interface professionally with external points of contact
Track and report on project status
Implement design changes or revisions from Engineering
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of technical & operational experience in technology integration, with experience in some of the following fields: In-building wireless systems, RF Technologies, Cellular and Public Safety Systems
Demonstrated success building out project installs to design specifications
Coax Cable Segment Sweep testers experience –KaelusiVAand Anritsu S332E
Experience coordinating with multiple trades and managing technical execution
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Minimum 3 years of technical & operational experience in technology integration, with experience in some of the following fields: In-building wireless systems, RF Technologies, Cellular and Public Safety Systems
Demonstrated success interpreting system designs to install equipment correctly
Experience working on cross-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to achieve success
Proficient in Office 365, Bluebeam, and other computer and mobile-app related tools
Fluency in English (both written & verbal)
