Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
Ensure ServiceNow runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
Requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables
Qualification
Required
2+ years ServiceNow System Administration experience
Experience with functional requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligible to obtain a Secret government clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
