Responsibilities
Partner with the Store Manager to bring strong, energetic leadership to daily store operations
Jump in to support management staffing needs across the company whenever your leadership is needed
Mentor and empower new hires through hands-on sales training that sets them up for success
Welcome and onboard new team members, helping them feel confident and connected from day one
Lead weekly store meetings (at least once a month) that inspire, motivate, and align the team
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales or customer service and a passion for achieving great results
A career-driven mindset with the confidence and curiosity to grow through our training program
An outgoing, positive personality and the ability to bring fun and energy to the team
A strong commitment to helping customers with honesty, integrity, and genuine care
Solid computer skills
A high school diploma or GED
The stamina to be on your feet throughout the day
