Responsibilities
Support different programs with BOM management in PLM tools (Agile, Windchill)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and suppliers
Create and structure Bill of Materials (BOMs) for new hardware builds and prototype variations
Write and track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in PLM systems
Manage BOM changes and part number creation
Communicate new part numbers to internal teams and contract manufacturers
Support device build planning, hardware configuration, and prototype builds
Partner with product development teams and suppliers on BOM/material management
Qualification
Required
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools (Agile, Windchill)
BOM creation and management, especially for consumer electronics, aerospace, or hardware
System/device build planning and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Hardware configuration experience
Experience in consumer electronics, aerospace, or hardware environments
Background in device building or bill matrices for prototype variations
4-6+ years of experience in the above areas
Must be a U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident)
Ability to work on-site during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
Occasional evening collaboration with suppliers in Asia may be required
Responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open, collaborative environment
