Make outbound phone calls and respond to incoming inquiries regarding student accounts
Answer emails promptly and professionally
Post insurance charges accurately to student accounts
Perform electronic filing and maintain organized records
Run and review financial and account-related reports for accuracy
Prepare and send communications to students regarding account status and balances

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Banner or similar student information systems preferred
Prior experience in accounting, billing, or a bursar's office environment is a plus
