Responsibilities

Lead the lifecycle of retail marketing campaigns and creative projects, from intake to delivery and post-launch review
Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task lists in Adobe Workfront to meet deadlines and business goals
Coordinate creative deliverables across campaigns, in-store signage, photoshoots, video shoots, packaging, and digital assets
Serve as a liaison between creative teams and marketing stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives and deliverables
Translate creative briefs and marketing goals into actionable project plans
Anticipate bottlenecks, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Optimize Adobe Workfront, including templates, dashboards, reports, and workflow automations
Create documentation and training materials to standardize processes and drive best-practice adoption
Monitor project progress, workloads, and resource capacity; generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, creative, and retail operations teams

Required

3-5 years of project management experience in marketing, creative operations, or agency environments
Strong understanding of retail marketing channels and creative production teams (design, copy, production, content)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Workfront (admin or power user preferred)
Experience with creative collaboration tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.)
Proven experience managing creative deliverables across multiple channels - retail, print, digital, and paid media
Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative team player with adaptability to fast-paced, shifting environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams without direct authority
Clear and concise communicator across all organizational levels
