Business Development Representative
Daxko powers wellness to improve lives and is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first touchpoint for potential customers. The role involves engaging with leads, conducting discovery calls, and partnering with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads — turning curiosity into conversations and conversations into booked demos
Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand business needs and qualify opportunities
Partner with Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and set up successful sales meetings
Manage and nurture leads through Outreach cadences — ensuring every prospect feels valued and informed
Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategy, and goals
Consistently hit and exceed targets for calls, emails, meetings, and demos booked
Keep accurate, detailed notes and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months – 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
Preferred
1+ year of experience in SaaS sales or another business development role
Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach
Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus!
