Responsibilities

Ensuring client and perspective client needs are promptly and accurately addressed/answered with professionalism through telephone calls and/or e-mail
Providing positive and professional customer service by striving to exceed the client’s expectations on every interaction
Support the Managing Principal and Lead Relationship Manager with a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparing materials for client meetings
Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested
Create and close accounts
Add power of attorney and trading authority, as applicable
Link life insurance and annuity accounts
Complete client registrations

Required

5 years minimum experience as a Client Service Associate required, with experience on a high-net-worth financial advisor team

FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred
