Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Develop and implement proactive tax strategies for business owners and executives
Collaborate across tax, consulting, wealth management, and estate planning divisions
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and client confidentiality
Help improve internal systems and enhance the client experience
Qualification
Required
CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in small-business or high-net-worth tax
Strong understanding of entity structures, planning, and compliance
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Growth mindset and passion for serving entrepreneurs and leaders
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Franklin, TN
