The Director of Welcome plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and keeping front office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and positivity
Greet walk-in clients and ensure a welcoming front office experience
Manage client text messages, follow-ups, and voicemails
Support email inboxes and distribute inquiries to the right team members
Open and prepare the office each morning (lights, music, coffee, climate)
Maintain a clean, well-stocked front office, kitchen, and restrooms
Assist with taking vehicle photos, call distribution, and data entry
Handle daily closing duties: trash, lights, and locking up
Process client payments and intake forms
Distribute and attach incoming mail to client files
Shred documents and support document processing tasks
Support live social media announcements and agency events
Keep marketing materials organized and stocked
Support overall office workflow and culture
Maintain a positive attitude and strong team collaboration

Required

Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
