Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, email campaigns, and other outreach methods, building pipeline independently
Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, strategic proposal development, negotiation, execution, and renewal
Drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, expanding existing accounts, and securing new business within identified vertical(s)
Craft tailored creator marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams that clearly articulate value and drive measurable ROI
Demonstrate experience (or strong potential) in taking clients from smaller initial engagements to significantly larger partnerships through value-led selling
Advocate for client needs internally while navigating a fast-changing environment, ensuring seamless alignment with product, creator success, and strategy teams
Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, bringing an informed POV on creator marketing, measurement, and performance across organic and paid media
Operate with strong process orientation—following established workflows, documenting steps clearly, and contributing to continuous improvement
Thrive in a remote-first environment while managing required travel (approx. 30%)

Required

2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital, social, or creator marketing (open to strong junior candidates with high potential)
Experience managing the full sales cycle, with demonstrated success in revenue growth or clear indicators of the ability to do so
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations early and often
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Understanding of measurement across organic and paid media, and the ability to tell a clear, data-informed performance story
Demonstrate value-based selling skills, clearly communicating impact whether selling tech, services, or creator-led marketing programs
Show success (or strong capability) in scaling client revenue through strategic, data-driven approaches
Be self-sufficient and able to operate with minimal guidance while maintaining high accountability
Manage multiple pitches per week and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach
Learn and follow processes quickly without needing repeated instruction

Preferred

Personal network of influencer/social platform buyers is a plus — but not required if you bring strong prospecting ability and hunger to build your own book
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite is a plus
