Provides timely support for sales partners with a high-level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
Creates and maintains process mapping, knowledge articles, resolution notes, and other departmental documentation and resources
Assists senior team members with regression testing as needed
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

1 year of experience in customer-service oriented role
1 year of experience in a technical troubleshooting or equivalent role
1 year of experience in Paychex or related industry experience
1 year of experience in Salesforce or CRM technology
