Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Enterprise Infrastructure organization across systems, networking, virtualization, and datacenter operations

Develop and execute a global infrastructure roadmap aligned with NinjaOne’s business goals

Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of NinjaOne’s hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud)

Drive modernization initiatives including virtualization, automation, and cloud enablement

Oversee datacenter operations, capacity planning, hardware lifecycle management, and disaster recovery

Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals

Collaborate with Security, Business Applications, and Procurement to ensure cohesive technology delivery

Define and maintain operational best practices, documentation, and change control standards

Build and mentor a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
