Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Manage large structural concrete and steel building projects
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, owners, and subcontractors
Drive schedule adherence and cost control on complex industrial pours
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as a PM on structural concrete and/or steel projects
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience with large industrial concrete pours strongly preferred
