Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of employment litigation
Draft, format, and manage pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
E-file documents and manage service through OneLegal
Maintain and organize electronic case files
Coordinate deadlines, hearings, and litigation calendars
Support trial preparation as needed
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of defense-side litigation experience, preferably in employment law
Bachelor's degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate (California paralegal requirements apply)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
Preferred
Experience with NetDocuments
Experience with Clio
Experience with ShareFile
Experience with OneLegal
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
